Roni Komar - Chairman

Roni Komar holds an LLB and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University. From 1996-2000, Mr. Komar served as Deputy Manager for Enforcement at the Ministry of Environment and later was the Ministry's General Manager. Mr. Komar's extensive background in regulation and management guides EcoTraders' Project Development and Management group.

Adi Dishon – Chief Executive Officer

Adi Dishon holds a BSc in Environmental Sciences and an MSc in Environmental Technology Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to founding EcoTraders, Ms. Dishon worked in the Air Quality and Planning divisions in Israel's Ministry of the Environment. Ms. Dishon has extensive experience in the navigation of regulatory matters and in the development and implementation of CDM projects.

Omer Tamir - Head of Implementation Team

Omer Tamir matriculated at Tel Aviv University with a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing Quality Assurance and Logistics and is currently completing his MBA at Tel Aviv University. Mr. Tamir began his career in the high-tech sector working in the optimization of production procedures. At EcoTraders, Mr. Tamir Heads up the Project Implementation Team.

Ron Kamara - Project Design Writer

Ron Kamara holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Washington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with Collegiate Honors. Mr. Kamara wrote his undergraduate thesis on environmental economics, and is currently completing an M.A. in economics at Tel Aviv University. At EcoTraders, Mr. Kamara heads up project design writing and assists with marketing and carbon credit commercialization.

Mor Atlas - Project Manager

Mor Atlas graduated with honours from Ben-Gurion University in Be'er Sheva, with a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management and a B.Sc in Mathematics. Ms. Atlas previously worked in the semiconductor industry. At EcoTraders Ms. Atlas manages projects in the energy sector, with a focus on fuel-switch projects.

Assaf Kopelnikov - Project Manager

Assaf Kopelnikov holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University in Be'er Sheva. Prior to joining EcoTraders, Mr. Kopelnikov worked in the banking sector as an organizational consultant. At EcoTraders, Mr. Kopelnikov manages CDM projects, seeing them through all stages of registration with the UNFCCC and issuance of the emissions credits.

Yiftah Shiri- Project Manager

Yiftah Shiri holds a BSc with honors in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Technion – Israeli institute of Technology in Haifa, specialization in manufacturing and service systems. Prior to joining EcoTraders, Mr. Shiri worked in the telecommunication sector as an analyst for the call center operations and planning team. At EcoTraders, Mr. Shiri manages CDM projects, seeing them through all stages of registration with the UNFCCC and issuance of the emissions credits.

Moran Diment - Administrative Manager

Moran Diment holds a B Sc. in life sciences from Bar-Ilan University, with a specialization in zoology, botany and environmental studies. She is currently completing her MBA at Ben-Gurion University. Prior to joining EcoTraders, Ms. Diment worked in the environmental NGO sector and was a member of the board at the environmental student organization "Green Course". At EcoTraders, Ms. Diment is the Administrative Manager and the Personal Assistant to Ms. Dishon, and assists the marketing department.
